Personal Employee Branding
In 2020, Zoom announced the introduction of a new and exciting meeting format that promised to change the way Zoom looks and works. When this feature was formally rolled out the following year, it exceeded all expectations, and Immersive View quickly became one of the most popular ways to conduct meetings. Users utilizing Immersive View can arrange all meeting participants and panelists in one Immersive View virtual office background. This single-scene setting makes it easier to mimic the feeling of a boardroom, classroom, or any other in-person group meeting.
What Is Zoom Immersive View?
Immersive View is one of the unique features offered by Zoom. While many other video conferencing tools exist, none offer the exact recreation of group collaboration that you can achieve with Immersive View. Hosts can create an Immersive View scene by manually or automatically designation participants’ placement in a scene. This allows other users to see all participants in front of Immersive View Zoom backgrounds.
The result can be fun and goofy or polished and professional. If you conduct business meetings via Zoom, you should aim for a professional effect. For commercial users, many Zoom immersive view backgrounds allow you to create the appearance of a business setting. You can even add customized details like your company logo to maintain consistent branding in a group meeting environment.
How Immersive View Makes Your Team Stand Out?
If you’re looking for Zoom Immersive View backgrounds to download and use, you should look for a design that makes your team stand out. There are plenty of Immersive View images to choose from, but you want yours to look great and project a sense of professionalism to everybody who happens to be in your Zoom meeting. How can you use a Zoom Immersive View background to stand out?
The best way to achieve this is to invest in custom-designed Immersive View Zoom backgrounds that prominently feature your company’s branding. This can include an image of your logo, a slogan quote, or other aesthetic elements that easily identify your company and its branding. A customized commercial use background can also help minimize the appearance of unprofessionalism resulting from staff using their own home as a background.
Steps to Setting Up the Immersive View
Setting up Immersive View is a straightforward process. If you are the host of a meeting, you can set up Immersive View the same way you would enable Gallery View or Speaker View during a group meeting. When you allow Immersive View, you will be given the choice of either manually or automatically positioning meeting attendees in the virtual scene. You can then move participants around and even resize their avatars to achieve the appearance you want.
To select a custom Immersive View virtual office background, you can click View and Change Immersive View. A plus sign icon will allow you to add your custom image file to choose as the background.

Virtual Office has been incredibly useful for the “Affiliate Marketer TV” team. The background allows anyone on our team to look much more professional in our sales meetings. It's super easy to make, and our logo fits great in the background!

The team created several virtual backgrounds that my company uses for all Microsoft Teams video calls. The 2D visual in my cameras background truly looks like I am in a conference room or an office. We are happy to partner with the VirtualOffice team.

The backgrounds are really well made, High Res, and look natural.
I really love them as an Ice breaker for my meetings. People were so surprised to see that I am in the office during the quarantine 😂
